I purchased tickets through Viagogo and never received them in advance, only a vague promise of delivery 3 hours before the event. That uncertainty forced me to buy new tickets directly from the official seller.

Viagogo refused to issue a refund, even though the service was effectively not delivered. Viagogo has been involved in numerous lawsuits across Europe for fraudulent or misleading practices, including a court ruling in Germany that banned the resale of Rammstein tickets on their platform. Thousands of complaints exist from customers who either didn't receive their tickets or were denied refunds.

I strongly advise others to avoid this platform. I will be filing formal complaints with Mastercard, European consumer authorities, and regulatory bodies for what I believe is a fraudulent transaction.

Bought a ticket and now need to cancel. Can I get a refund of my money?

My tickets for colplay cost over 500 euros and they have been rescheduled to ticket master or see tickets, but I cant locate them!

Our tickets were already used when we got to the event and therefore we were not able to enter the event

I had tickets for the Open in Portrush for sale Saturday and Sunday; neither of them sold, so I decided to go myself. Fourteen hours before Sunday, I got an email saying I had a buyer.

This was too late. I had already made plans and accommodation to go, which cost a small fortune, and then they decided to take £550 out of my account because I didn't act on selling them as I was already at the golf course.

I am going to colplay on Friday and I am being messed around big time. I had to download 3 apps and still no tickets!!!

The person who dealt with me was the upmost helpfully and professional..give him a pay rise.. he's a credit to your company.

Do not buy tickets through this companywe purchased 2 concert tickets which we never got! I spend hours and hours on the phone and kept getting told your tickets will arrive dont worry and to head to the event to then be told while at stadium they were giving us a refund and the we would have to wait 8 days for the refund

Would advise anyone who actually wants to go to an event NOT to use viagogo to purchase tickets

VIAGOGO IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!! I purchased 2 tickets for Il Divo in Manchester on the 3.12.22 last February.

VIAGOGO immediately took £790.00 from my account.

Today I received an email from them saying THE SELLER COULD NO LONGER PROVIDE THE TICKETS!!! They are legally my tickets which I bought and paid for in full - so no one else is the seller or has the right to withhold them.

I phoned this evening and spoke with Joanna. I made it very clear I want the tickets I paid top price for - NOT ALTERNATIVES. They have until 5pm tomorrow to sort this out or the Police

will get involved.

THEFT & FRAUD. And I will also post on every Il Divo group out there.

People need to be warned.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIAGOGO . THEY ARE VILE!
