TICKET DELIVERY
The WORST PLATFORM EVER.
I bought a ticket to the Coldplay Concert in October 2022, the concert will happen on the 8th of July in Warsow.
In May I updated my address on the Viagogo website, because I've moved to a new address.
On the 29th of June I received an email that my tickets were delivered, for my surprise in my previous address. The one I am no longer living in and after I've updated the address on My Account.
After more than 4 calls to try to resolve this issue, NOBODY was able to help me, on the other hand I was accused of not having updated my address, even though I did at least ONE MONTH in advance of the delivery expectation.
Now, it's less than 48 hours for the event, I haven't received any contact from Viagogo.
The agents told me I won't get a refund because they could not see my current address on the system. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the customer support.
If they have any kind of bug in the system, it is not my fault.
I am the one who won't be able to attend a concert, because I haven't received the tickets in the CORRECT address. I am the one who paid for an inefficient service.

Ticket issue
Since March had issues with downloading e tickets. Then was told tickets not available .
Waiting for refund .
Still having issues getting that !!!. Not getting any further with issue so far.

After the concert was cancelled due to the Covid 19 - now a different concert for a Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott feature Deacon Blue was scheduled.
The rescheduled concert is in a park and the tickets cost only 39.00
due to the fact that Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott aren't attractive and the concert is in a park and not in a hall.
I don't know who is Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott and I definitely don't want to go and watch them with the feature of Deacon Blue.
I contacted Viagogo for a refund, and they are refusing to refund me saying that the Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott feature Deacon Blue is the same as watching a Deacon Blue concert.
I read online and realised that the rating of Viagogo is really low,
probably because they treat everyone really bad and no one like them.
Please do NOT ever use the service of Viagogo.
- Tickets extremely overpriced
- Dont get refund concert tickets
- Bad customer service

I rang your customer service team about Andre Ruie tickets which I purchased before the pandemic. I gave the the information that was required.
I was told that there was no information for my query.
I bought 3 tickets which came to 265 euro. I would like to know where my tickets sold and when do I get my money.

Im still waiting for a refund as promised. No communication again from Viagogo.
This issue going on since ladt March. Still owed refund for my tickets. They keep fobbing me off.
Not giving me money back which i am owed as they never gave me tickets. Again im waiting for response to last e mail.Appallingbeware

Terrible platform to use, I bought tickets to Littlemix in good faith from here, then I couldnt make rescheduled date so I relisted them on Viagogo and uploaded. I received notification that these tickets had been sold and were successfully uploaded onto the site for buyer and that I would receive payment.
Only to receive an email on the day of the event stating the sale was cancelled because the code was incorrect. So as a seller Im out of pocket 200 and as a buyer on their website I am not protected at all.
No satisfaction from customer service eitherthey cant put me through to a supervisor. I will be taking legal action.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM THEY ARE COWBOYS

I contacted your customer service team about tickets I purchased for the Andre Rieu concert before the pandemic. I was told that they had no information in regards to my query.
I gave all information that was required. The tickets cost me 265 for 3 tickets.i just want to know if my tickets where sold and when do I get my refund.

Pure *** I think this sums them up in two words.
Non receipt of tickets bought and paid for. Endless conversations with their support people who soon the same lines .they say they are escalating the problem.
No reassurance given. I have never experienced such a uncaring and irresponsible customer service in my days so far. I have paid over the odds including adminastration fees only to be left distraught. I got these tickets as a present for a good friend last October I received a email on 23 March to indicate that the tickets needed to be accepted.
I followed the plan .No tickets appeared in my ticketmaster account. I have spoken to 14 different people and still seam to be stringing me along .the event is on next Wednesday. I am very anxious and annoyed.
Is there any way to resolve this. Order number 2563****

Refund of tickets to cancelled event
I await refund of two tickets to a concert in Dublin castle at New year. That has been cancelled.
I expect refund of approx 250 euro.

Postponement of kodaline at INEC
This event has been postponed until Monday 13 December. As this would entail taking two days off work, it is not possible to attend rescheduled event.
Therefore I seek a refund.
This event was further cancelled and now rescheduled for March when the person due to attend will be 38 weeks pregnant and unable to attend.
My offer- to resell the tickets that cost me 311 - this is disgraceful. Anybody any advice?

Need to talk to a saff member please
I bought tickets for Little Mix through viagogo. I then tried to ré sell them and they were sold.
However viagogo cancelled the sale recently.
I'm now tryi g to tell the tickets but I can't as the little mix tickets for Dublin April 13th are not on website. I've gave spoken to numerous people on phone from viagogo and constant é mails but still no one gas sorted my problem.
